Want to Ride in Boston or NY Today?

Fly has you covered for winter riding almost anywhere!

Cold Weather Moto Gear - Part 4: Jackets and Jerseys

In the fourth and final installment of our cold weather dirt bike riding apparel series we focus on jackets and jerseys.  A Jacket may seem like an obvious solution for cold weather riding, but surprisingly many riders don’t own a riding-specific jacket. Many riders put on some type of a base layer, then throw on a second jersey over that and call it good. Which may get you by, but there are better (and more comfortable) options.

Winter Riding Is Fun...If You Are Prepared

Cold Weather Moto Gear - Part 3: Base and Mid Layers

In part three of our cold weather dirt bike riding apparel series we focus on base and mid layers. If you happen to already participate in winter sports (such as snowboarding or snowmobiling) this section may be a review; but if you don’t—and you’ve decided there’s no way you’ll make it through this winter without riding your dirt bike—then read on. Our intent is to pass along recommendations for choosing the right base and mid layers that will help make your cold weather ride that much more comfortable.

Let It Snow...Let It Snow...Let It Snow

With winter riding in mind, the following is part one in a multi-part series focused on cold weather riding gear. In each part we will rundown cold weather riding products that FLY Racing recommends; such as gloves choices, base and mid-layers, jersey and jacket choices and so on. The idea is to show you that, just because winter is here, it doesn’t mean riding your dirt bike has to come to a halt.

First up, in part 1 of the series: Helmets and helmet accessories for cold weather riding.
